It use outside air for combustion, enabling operation in areas having slight negative pressures near exhaust fan with no adverse effect upon combustion or venting.. It has intermittent spark ignition system to suit all your needs. The installation of this product requires a clearance of 8 to 12 feet and 18-1/8 inch of width clearance for indoor air discharge. The manufacturer provided you with a CSA approval certificate and an year's all component warranty for relaxed usage.
