2. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to inspect their Heater-Store.com shipment upon receipt for visible damage. If external damage is noticed, DO NOT accept the shipment until after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. Keep all containers and packing material for inspection. If, upon opening a shipment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 3 days of delivery or you relinquish your right to make a claim. The carrier inspector will need to see the original containers and packaging materials.

Heater-Store.com reserves the right to repair a damaged product, where applicable, before replacement or credit is determined.

3. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If we are notified in advance that item(s) are going to be refused upon delivery for any reason by no fault of Heater-Store.com, the refused item(s) will be treated as unopened returned goods. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

4. BACKORDERED SHIPMENTS

Over 90% of our product offering is in stock. This means that once your order has been submitted and payment has been processed, your item(s) will typically ship within 48 hours. For items that are on a current backorder status, you will receive an email after your order is placed with an Expected Ship Date for your backorder. Note that the Expected Ship Date serves as a guidelines only and Heater-Store.com cannot be held responsible for early or delayed shipments. It is your responsibility to cancel your order as soon possible if you do not want to wait for your product to ship. Heater-Store.com is not held responsible for any charges incurred for failing to cancel your order.

Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process within one (1) business day of receipt. Orders ship using standard ground service for delivery within the continental US. Additional shipping charges are applied to Alaska and Hawaii orders and items that are large in volume (dimensional weight). Heater-Store does not ship internationally.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after the order has processed.

7.75% sales tax is applied to all orders with a California shipping address.
