TPI's Metal Sheath Heating Element 641-50021 is a nickel-chrome alloy coiled element is embedded in magnesium oxide insulating powder producing 4500 watts of output while using 600 volts of power. It emits dull orange light and has high mechanical ruggedness. This element needs to be mounted at a height of 8 to 12 feet for indoor spot heating and total area heating. With a life expectancy of 5,000 hours, it comes with 4 year pro-rated warranty. The 641-50021 is for use with models CH-457-1A, CH-1357-3A and CH-2757-3B produced before November 1, 2011 and all FHK 4.5 and 13.5 KW models regardless of production time.
