Return Policy

At Heater Store, we want every customer to be satisfied with the heating equipment they receive. The following Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for initiating one, and how refunds and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

Most products are returnable within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in resalable condition.

  • The product is returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and printed materials.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Products that have been installed, hardwired, gas-connected, vented, or otherwise put into service are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-configured, built-to-order, or special-order products.

  • Installed or used products.

  • Products without original manufacturer packaging.

  • Replacement parts, accessories, and consumables once opened.

  • Items marked as "final sale," "clearance," or "as-is" on the product page.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the contact information below. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the product is shipped back. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a verified defect. For freight-shipped items, return freight must be arranged through Heater Store to ensure proper handling and insurance.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the inspection outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. A restocking fee of up to twenty percent may be deducted from refunds for large, freight-shipped, or oversized items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for products of equal value or for upgrades, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact customer service with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement item. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions outlined in Section 1.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the damage along with your order number. For freight shipments, please also note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery; this significantly speeds resolution of damage claims.

Verified damaged or defective items are eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
