These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of heater-store.com and any products you purchase from it. The website is owned and operated by Heater Store Direct Inc. ("Heater Store," "we," "us"). By placing an order or otherwise using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Heater Store Direct Inc. is a corporation that sells residential and commercial heating equipment, including electric heaters, gas heaters, garage and shop heaters, fireplaces and inserts, and related accessories through its online storefront.

3.3 Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on shipping destination.

4.1 Shipping costs, transit times, and delivery options are presented at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

4.2 Large or freight-shipped items (such as garage heaters and freestanding heating units) may require curbside delivery, scheduled appointments, or additional handling. Please inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.

5.0 Product Use and Safety

5.1 Heating equipment involves real safety considerations, including fire, carbon monoxide, electrical, and burn hazards. You agree to read and follow all manufacturer instructions, installation manuals, and local code requirements when installing and operating any product purchased from heater-store.com.

5.2 Many products on the website require professional installation by a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC contractor. Heater Store Direct Inc. is a retailer, not an installer, and we are not responsible for installation errors, code violations, or damages resulting from improper installation or use.

7.1 Products sold on heater-store.com are covered by the warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. Warranty terms, conditions, and remedies are determined by the manufacturer, and warranty claims should be initiated with the manufacturer directly. Heater Store Direct Inc. will assist where reasonably possible.

7.2 Except for the manufacturer warranties described above, products are sold without any additional warranty from Heater Store Direct Inc.. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.1 The Heater Store name, logo, photography, product descriptions, BTU calculator, and other materials published on heater-store.com are owned by Heater Store Direct Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8.2 You may not scrape, reproduce, mirror, or commercially exploit any portion of the website without prior written consent.

9.0 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heater Store Direct Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, your purchase of any product, or your reliance on any product information. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from improper installation, property damage, business interruption, or personal injury.

9.2 Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the website or any product purchased through it will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of heater-store.com will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Williams County, North Dakota.
